Il nome del locale, ricordo d\u2019infanzia e affetto familiare, riflette l\u2019anima della sua cucina. <strong>I suoi piatti intrecciano tradizione emiliana e triestina<\/strong>, con tocchi creativi che guardano anche verso l\u2019Oriente.<\/li>\n<li>Con <strong>Paolo Betti<\/strong> il cibo buono, pulito e giusto ha scalato le montagne, trovando<strong> casa al Rifugio Maranza (1077 m, Trento)<\/strong>, e ora viaggia su ruote con lo Slow Truck, gi\u00e0 noto a Terra Madre 2024.
